Built around the needs of each site
Incorporated on 9 November 2020, RM Guard Force Sdn. Bhd. operates from its head office in Bandar Puteri Puchong, Selangor, with a regional centre in Melaka and a branch in Johor. We provide professional security services across Selangor, Melaka and Johor.
We agree site duties with your team, prepare personnel for those duties and maintain contact throughout deployment.

Leadership with operational experience
CHAIRMAN
SAC (R) Datuk Shaharon Anuar
A retired Royal Malaysia Police Senior Assistant Commissioner, he served from 1984 to 2022. His career included commercial crime investigation, district policing, corporate communications and human resource management.
MANAGING DIRECTOR
Ravendran Muniandy
He leads operations and management and spent 20 years as an auxiliary police officer in Singapore. His background includes marksmanship and unarmed-combat training, and he holds a second dan in Goju-Ryu karate.
EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
Encik Haris Syah
He holds a Bachelor of Accounting (Hons) from Multimedia University. His experience includes seven years as a security service operations manager and six years in branch and regional management.
OPERATING CULTURE
Prepared before the first shift
Personnel learn the site’s post duties, access rules and reporting procedures before deployment. Regular contact and spot checks help supervisors identify issues that need follow-up.
